Restore COH functionality lost after move to Steam.

COH is much better after the October 1st Patch but it would be good if you could restore all the functionality that COH lost when it moved to Steam
In particular:
1) Restore the Game Lobby so that you can have the ability to see who is hosting or who has already joined a game
2) Restore the ability to change to Axis or Allies when you "Swap Start Locations" in a "Fixed Location" game.
3) Fix the bug that means you need to "Customize Army" before "every single game".
4) Skirmish Stats were restored in the October Patch, but Skirmish Levels seem not to have. Level now seems to be shared across "Basic" and "Skirmish" (as it was before Tales of Valor release), and there seems to be a bug where if you already have a > 1 "Basic" Level, then no amount of Skirmish wins improves this, whereas if you don't play "Basic" you can rank up in Skirmish. At the very least could you please investigate and explain if this is meant to work like this or if not, fix it.
