Clan Expanding into COH

I currently at the Leader of a Call of Duty Ghost Clan for the Xbox 360. After messing around with COH i am looking to start a COH Division to my clan and am looking for people to help. I myself am rather new to COH and eager to learn so experience with COH clans and game experience is welcomed.
