World Builder: Can't start World Builder app

I am a fan of the game series Company of Heroes, and very much look forward to the appearance of the World Builder for the second part of the game. I think many have a question about its launch. I very much want to try this tool. Please write how to run the World Builder Company of Heroes 2. Thanks in advance for your reply.

You just run the executable from its install location, should be in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes 2\WorldBuilder_CoH_2.exe

If you don't know where you installed to:

1. Right click on "Company of Heores 2" in Steam and click "Properties".
2. Select the "Local Files" tab.
3. Click "Browse Local Files...".
