Lost all progress in CoH 2

Hello, dear Relic and forum members. I have one big problem and I hope you can help me with it.
Once I went to the game through Steam from another PC and ran the Company of Heroes 2, I found that in the game I had lost all the bulletins, all the medals and ribons (achievements in Steam in place). I already level 81 and I do not want to perform all of those tasks for which give new bulletins. Is there a way to return all of my progress?

Did you turn off Steam Cloud at some point, on either of those PCs?
