Can't receive medal on Company of Heroes 2

I am unable to receive the medal for completing the first campaign mission "Stalingrad Rail Station" on captain difficulty no matter how many times I complete the mission. I can't receive the achievement in steam for this medal either. I have tried unistalling and reinsalling the game and completing the mission again. That didn't help either. Is there any way to resolve this issue? Thank you fetch?id=1078fetch?id=1077
